The Finalist must attempt the shot in person, and may not transfer or designate any other individual to make the Contest attempt on his/her behalf.

Requirements for an Eligible Championship Closest to the Pin Attempt:
The following terms and conditions apply to each Championship Competition golf shot attempt:

• Nothing may be done to the golf ball, golf club or playing surface that would in any way enhance a Finalist’s chance of successfully making the golf attempt.

• Each golf shot attempt must be initiated from behind the demarcation line indicated by the Contest Administrator or Sponsor. A Finalist will not be allowed another golf shot attempt to replace any golf shot that is faulted by being initiated in front of the demarcation line; the Finalist’s attempt will end immediately if this occurs.

• If a Finalist fails to successfully make his/her one (1) golf shot attempt, his/her turn will end immediately and s/he will not be allowed to take another golf shot.

• Once a golf shot is initiated, the golf ball may not come in contact with or bounce off of any person, wall or foreign object other than the playing surface. If any golf ball contacts any person, wall or foreign object, it will be ruled an unsuccessful attempt regardless of its outcome, and Finalist’s turn will end immediately, and s/he will not be allowed to take another shot.

The Finalist with the shot attempt that comes closest to the pin, as determined by Sponsor, will be declared the Grand Prize winner, and will receive the Grand Prize described below. The four (4) Finalists with the next best four (4) attempts, as determined by Sponsor, will win the 2nd through 5th Prizes, respectively. See prize descriptions below.
