If you are requesting a waiver please be aware that on November 29, 1999, President Clinton signed the Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act. Under the provisions of this new act we ask that you contact your satellite provider. They will then request the waiver on your behalf. KFMB TV cannot help you in receiving east coast CBS feeds. Local station access is available through your satellite provider.

Recreational vehicles and commercial trucks are exempt from the improvement act. You do not need a waiver. Contact your provider.

If you've already requested a waiver and were denied, please call (858) 495-9370 and provide the following information:

1. Name of your satellite provider
2. Name, address and phone number (exactly as written on your original request)
